Keep the hunger at bay with this thick and creamy peanut butter, oats & banana smoothie. It is a healthy, delicious and very quick meal to make. It's also dairy-free, vegan and has no add sugar.
I don't know about you, but I like quick breakfast recipes because my mornings are busy. This is a quick recipe to whizz up in the morning and some of the prep can be done the night before.
What I like to do is to combine the milk, water, oats as well as peanut butter, cinnamon and flax seeds into a container and place it in the fridge overnight. I also chop up my banana and freeze overnight. In the morning I will empty out the contents in the container into a blender and chuck in my banana. I will whizz up everything until smooth and creamy.
Add more milk or water if you feel like it is too thick. As quick as that breakfast is ready.

½ cup/ 125ml soya milk ¼ cup/ 60ml water ¼ cup/ 60ml rolled oats 1T/15ml smooth peanut butter (Natural peanut butter is best.) 1 medium frozen banana ½ t/ 2.5ml ground cinnamon 1t/5ml ground flaxseeds
1. Combine ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass and Enjoy.

Replacing frozen banana with frozen pear or apple.
