Happy women's day South Africa. To celebrate I am sharing an easy and delicious no bake chocolate peanut butter brownie.

These brownies are entirely raw and are made with 4 ingredients. They are super fudgy, chewy and rich. This recipe comes together in under 15 minutes.

The good news is that these brownies are super healthy, only 190 calories per serving. So, they are definitely a guilt-free snack or dessert. I recommend having your brownie with a cup of coffee or tea. Trust me it makes them even more amazing... if that is even possible.

Raw peanut butter brownie

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 0 minutes

Makes: 8



250g pitted soft dates

¼ cup/ 60ml water

3T/ 45ml peanut butter

3T/ 45ml unsweetened cocoa powder



1. Combine all the ingredients into a food processor. Process until smooth, scrape down the side of the food processor if needed.

2. Line a small loaf pan with plastic wrap. Transfer the brownie dough into the prepared pan. Firmly press the dough into the pan, until evenly distributed into the pan.

3. Refrigerate the brownie for 1-2 hour to set. Cut the brownie into 8 equal squares.

4. Any leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks or 1 month in the freezer.
