Super Simple Pilchards And Spaghetti

400g whole wheat spaghetti or any other healthy spaghetti of your choice 400g tinned pilchards 1t/5ml cayenne pepper Salt and pepper to taste 2T/ 30ml reduced fat or non-dairy mayonnaise ½ green pepper (finely chopped)
1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain spaghetti and set aside. 2. Return the pot to the stove, add in the pilchards, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Cook until the pilchards are warmed through, add spaghetti and mix until well combined. 3. Serve the spaghetti with a dollop of mayonnaise and sprinkle of green pepper.
