Beat the heat this summer with a cool and refreshing watermelon sorbet. This is a quick recipe that can be achieved with a few and simple ingredients.

My family and I love watermelon but eating watermelon as it can be boring sometimes. So, I thought it would be super fun to create a sorbet that is healthy, vegan and yummy too.

By just preparing the watermelon differently the texture dramatically changes from a crunchy and chunky texture to a smooth and silky consistency.

Two Ingredient Watermelon Sorbet

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 0 minutes

serves: 3

You will need:


5 cups cubed watermelon 1 tbsp lemon juice



1. Freeze cubed watermelon overnight. 2. Please frozen watermelon cubes and lemon juice into a food processor and blend. 3. Blend until the watermelon has a sorbet like consistency. 4. Pour into serving glasses and enjoy.
