VEGAN "MEATBALL" PIZZA
Who says that vegans can't have cheesy meaty pizza? It only takes a few ingredients to make this yummy pizza.

This recipe is a vegan twist on a classic pizza. Made with any bread dough, simple tomato gravy and Fauxmage dairy-free herbed garlic chevre-style cashew cheese. I have no doubt in my mind that you are going to love this recipe.
So, let me tell you a little of a back story on how this recipe came together. My mother made bread for family as she does most weekends. This weekend for some odd reason there was some dough that was left over. That is when I had the great idea to make some pizza.
She also made a yummy tomato gravy and thought that the gravy would be a great replacement for a tomato pizza sauce. So, the moral of this story is that, whatever ingredients you have at home will work perfectly in this pizza.

So, of cause a pizza would not be a pizza without some creamy tangy cheese. Fauxmage chevre-style cashew cheese does not melt in the oven. To achieve a melted cheese look on the pizza, I simply made a cheese sauce out the Fauxmage cheese.
This cheese adds so much flavour to the pizza. Traditionally you would add tons of herbs to a pizza to give it flavor, in this case we don't need all of those herbs because the cheese does all the work for us.
All the exact measurements and ingredients I used are in the recipe. You're more than welcome to use other veggies to top your pizza, play around with different sauces to make a layer at the bottom of your pizza but don't make a mistake and a good quality cheese like the fauxamge cheese to top your pizza.
